Our Photo Mosiac Experience is a new and unique way that allows users to submit a photo for incorporation into a larger photo mosaic design, depicting the wedding couple, your company’s logo, or event slogan.
The Photo Mosaic Experience is incredibly flexible and adaptable to any event in-person or remote. The Mosaic can be hosted online as a streaming service as part of a virtual event or in-person with physical mosaic squares being printed on-site for attachment to a larger piece of art.
We time the "build" of the mosaic to be completed before the end of the event, for a dramatic final reveal and presentation event. The Mosaic can create up to full mural sized art for the wall or a simple 20"x30" suitable for framing.
Hosting a Virtual Event?
In the post COVID-19 world we recognize not everyone is ready for large-scale in-person events. The Mosaic Experience is a great option for virtual team building, celebrations, etc. The Mosaic brings everyone together online and our software creates a 3D interactive work of art comprised of user submitted photos for display on a big screen or streamed online via a link. You guests can submit a photo from anywhere via text, an online landing page, or even via Twitter
Image Capture Options
When paired with our Magic Mirror Booth the Moasic and Mirror Booth make an incredible combination to wow your event attendees. You guests not only get a souvenir photo from the booth but also get to be a part of a larger work of art on display. Alternatively, you can have a roaming photographer or guests can even take a selfie with their smart phones in the case of a virtual event.
How It Works - Step By Step
Step #1
It all starts with a single image capture.
This can be a selfie that a guests takes with their phone, from a roving event photographer, or from the photo booth.
Step #2
Guests upload the photo in one of a few different ways.
- They can post on Twitter with an #EVENTHASHTAG to trigger our software to find the photo.
- They can text the photo to a special promo number for the event.
- Directly upload the photo to a Google Drive, Dropbox, or event landing page.
- In the case of our photo booth or event photographer, guests just step in front of our lens and we take care of the rest!
Step #3
We print the photos onto a "Tile" which is one element of the mosaic.
This is where the fun begins!
Step #4
Guests now take their tile and apply it to the Mosaic Wall or they watch for the tile to appear in the digital slideshow for digital only activations.
Step #5
Step Back and Enjoy the Experience of the completed Mosaic.
This piece of art is comprised of all the tiny photos from all of your guests and by bringing them all together you create a stunning piece of artwork for display that can use any photo or logo.
